Sandra, I purchased one of your landscape oils approximately 7 years ago in Houston. It appears that I have the 6th painting FROM THE BOTTOM, in the RIGHT column of paitings. I was wondering whether you could tell me what that piece is called or what the lcation/inspiration was?
Thank you!
Frank, I live outside of town where I have house and studio. Did you know that Bernalda is chock-full of the surname “Guida?” Have you been to Bernalda? I am sure there are some Guida’s there who would be pleased to see you!
Thanks for your comment, and I apologize for my tardiness in replying, there seem to be some hidden corners between the two blogs that I missed.
I was back in 2011 with my parents. I met a decent amount of our relatives there. I try to keep in touch with them via social media. I may be visiting again in Auust of 2016. Sorry for the late response.
I love your west texas landscapes with the cotton gins and grain elevators. Reminds me of where I grew up! Where can I find these pieces? I would love one on my office wall! I also appreciate your narratives & pencil work!
